1. Service
ConfigSeed generates AI agent configuration files from a plain-English description of your workflow. The free tier generates one file (MEMORY.md). The paid tier ($10 one-time) generates a bundle of five files delivered via email.
2. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. The paid tier is a one-time charge of $10. You will receive your files by email immediately after payment is confirmed.
3. Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your files and request a refund within 24 hours of purchase, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. After 24 hours, we may offer a free regeneration instead. Contact us at support@configseed.com.
4. Generated content
Files are generated by AI (Claude by Anthropic) based on the description you provide. Output quality depends on the detail and accuracy of your input. You own the generated files — use them however you like.
5. Rate limits
The free tier is limited to 5 generations per IP address per hour. This limit resets automatically.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use ConfigSeed to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the terms of any third-party service. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE GENERATED FILES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR BE SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONFIGSEED AND ITS OWNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR THE GENERATED FILES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ConfigSeed and its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
10. Dispute resolution
Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to contact us at support@configseed.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. If the dispute is not resolved informally, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in New Jersey. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against ConfigSeed.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
12. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
